Dennis Migliazzo is the President of the agency. Dennis is a 1976 graduate of Pepperdine University. His insurance career began with Pan American Underwriters in Los Angeles in 1977. He helped open their Oxnard office and was the number one salesman for the entire Company for several years in a row. Because of his great sales success he became the Director of Sales Training and later was named Sales Manager for the entire company.
In 1985 he joined with Tom Compere to open Caremaster Insurance Agency in Camarillo, California. Tom brought with him over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry where he worked with CNA and Pan American. They offered a range of products from medical, workers compensation, Medicare supplements and property and casualty. In his free time Dennis enjoys travelling, reading Civil War History and Christian non-fiction.

Carolin Migliazzo, Chief Financial Officer, is a 1977 Pepperdine University graduate with a degree in Business. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 2002. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing with the dogs and cats, and writing poetry.
